As someone who is admitedly obsessed with knitting, I’m thrilled to see that my fellow yarn divas have been putting their hobby to good use!  All over the web knitters and crocheters alike have been using wooly goods to help raise funds for cancer research and support programs.  Here are a few websites that are worthy of mention:

 - Purchase these gorgeous scarf patterns from Kathy’s Kreations, all of which have been designed by people who have been affected by cancer.  All the proceeds will go to awareness programs.

 - Buy one of Annabelle’s stunning handmade caps and help the Canadian Cancer Society.

- Make a difference in a few short hours by knitting chemotherapy caps for chemo patients.

 - Etsy seller LamaWorks donates 10% of the proceeds from the sales of her stunning knit goodies to the American Cancer Society

 - Knit for a cure has raised more than $20,000 to date to help fund breast cancer research and support.  That’s absolutely incredible work, ladies (and gents)!
